✨ About the role
Are you someone who loves solving problems, automating work, and making life easier for both customers and your team?
We’re looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Customer Support Executive (CSE) to join our growing customer team. You’ll be the first line of support for incoming customer inquiries — and more importantly, you’ll focus on building smart, automated solutions that reduce repetitive tasks and help scale our support operations.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via Intercom with speed and empathy.
- Set up and adjust media monitoring alerts within the All Ears platform.
- Build and optimize automated workflows that handle recurring support scenarios.
- Identify and implement self-service solutions to reduce manual workload.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive seamless customer experiences.
- Proactively look for process improvements with automation in mind.
Who you are
- 3–5 years’ experience in customer support, operations, or automation.
- Fluent in Swedish and English (other languages are a plus) & strong communication skills
- Passionate about efficiency, automation and smart tech.
- Familiarity with platforms like Intercom, Zapier, or other automation tools.
- Tech-savvy and curious mindset—you enjoy figuring out how to do things smarter.
- Experience from AI tools, SaaS, customer success, or media monitoring industries.
